Established in 1988 is the original Speed, Agility, and Performance program in the U.S.
GSE currently has 18 players in the NFL, several MLB players, Olympic Softball players, and the trained Chicago Fire Soccer team. GSE has helped numerous athletes get scholarships to college.
The GSE. staff has trained state champions and state placers in all sports., boys and girls, in two states.
GSE. is owned and operated by the former Olympic trials qualifier and current world class sprinter Tim Graf. At age 46, Tim is currently ranked in the top 3 in the world 100, 200, and 400 meters in Masters Track and Field. Train with the established winners, train with GSE.
